Prior to this, I was the owner/broker for Realty World Valley Residential for eight years.
My real estate work history includes affiliations with the highly respected firms of DaVero Properties, Prudential California Realty (Mason-McDuffie Real Estate), Realty World Viking Realty, and Keller Williams Benchmark Properties, where I consistently ranked as one of the top producing agents every year.
A native of the Bay Area, I was born in San Francisco and raised in my hometown of Palo Alto where I completed all of my grade school and graduated from Gunn High (where I also lettered in football and baseball—Go Titans!).
My local market expertise is the Bay Area, the Central Valley, and the Sacramento Area.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Economics from California State University, East Bay; a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from California State University, East Bay; and three Associate Degrees from Chabot College (including a degree in Real Estate).
An accomplished “foodie”, I also love sports and athletics—especially football, golf, and the study of martial arts.
Although I call the Bay Area my “home”, I kick-it in the Pleasanton area.

About Danielle
I was born at Stanford Hospital, and while my first years were spent in Redwood City, I’ve called the East Bay’s Newark/Fremont area home for most of my life.
I’m a proud graduate of San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
From a young age, I’ve had a passion for hard work and business. I started my first job when I was just 14, and I worked my way through college. After graduating, I embarked on a journey with a prominent construction company, specializing in equipment rental. I earned numerous accolades and awards for my outstanding performance, gaining invaluable experience in operations and outside sales.
Real estate has always been close to my heart, inspired by my father’s success in the profession, I decided to follow my passion, and obtained my real estate license and joined his real estate franchise, Realty World Valley Residential.
Today, we proudly introduce our new venture, Palo Rojo, where I am thrilled to be a part of a team that embodies our core values: successfully serving our community.
My roots are deeply intertwined with the Hispanic community. My mother is an immigrant from Nicaragua, and my father’s parents hail from Argentina. They left their homelands in pursuit of the American Dream, a journey marked by courage and determination. I’ve often reflected on the sacrifices they made, working tirelessly in a foreign country, becoming self-employed, and improving our family’s quality of life.
Witnessing the dedication of my parents and grandparents to secure a better future for our family has been a driving force in my life. Their hard work has paved the way for countless opportunities, and I am truly blessed. I hold the utmost respect for hard-working individuals and I am honored to represent them in achieving their goals.
Beyond real estate, I have a deep passion for food. To say I love it would be an understatement. Cooking, baking, and enjoying good meals are among my favorite pastimes.
I also prioritize staying active and spending time outdoors to maintain a healthy balance in life.
I am incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by loving, supportive family and friends who make life truly beautiful.
